 Dr.
Lina Gomez is a board-certified Pediatrician and member
of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She joined the
practice in 2023. Dr. Gomez was born and raised just
outside of Sacramento. She received her Bachelor of
Science in "Neurophysiology, Psychology and Behavior"
from University of California at Davis. Dr. Gomez
received her Medical Degree from the Autonomous
University of Guadalajara in Mexico. Dr. Gomez then went
on to complete her Pediatric residency training in New
Jersey at the Cooper University Hospital in Camden. It
was here she received extensive training and experience
in the growth and development of children as well as the
care of sick and critically ill kids.
Dr. Gomez's enjoys spending time with her family and
dog. She loves to travel and her hobbies include
snowboarding, live music, swimming and hiking.
Dr. Gomez is passionate about the full spectrum of
general pediatrics. She believes it is important to
provide a safe, supportive environment for patients and
their families. Her areas of special interest include
developmental pediatrics, caring for newborns and new
parents as well as coordinating care for children with
complex or chronic illnesses. Dr. Gomez speaks fluent
Spanish.
